With a shoreline of sand and pebbles, surrounded by limestone cliffs, it's perfect for experienced swimmers and water sports enthusiasts. Between the reserves of Santa Tecla and Monte Barone, it offers services and natural beauties like marine caves. Accessible via the "Path of Love", it has paid parking and shuttle service. The beach, 500 meters long, is ideal for exploring attractions like the Grotta dei Colombi and the Arco Ricamato, offering a unique and panoramic experience.

Baia delle Zagare

Baia delle Zagare

Also known as Baia dei Mergoli, it is one of the most iconic beaches in Gargano, located in the territory of Mattinata, about 30 km from Vieste. Famous for its high white cliffs, two magnificent limestone sea stacks, and a beach of white pebbles, the bay offers a breathtaking scenery combined with the blue of the sea. Composed of two beaches separated by a cliff, the Baia delle Zagare takes its name from the flowers of the local lemon trees, while the Baia dei Faraglioni is located closer to Vieste. It can be reached by sea or through an elevator carved into the rock of an adjacent resort. Access requires a nominal pass from the Municipality of Mattinata, and there are also old trails, including the "Path of Love", connected to the beach of Vignanotica.

Located along the coast between Vieste and Mattinata, it's a charming destination with a mixed beach of sand and gravel, surrounded by tall rocks and pine trees. The sea, with shades of azure and turquoise, has gradually sloping bottoms, ideal for relaxing swims. The beach offers both free and equipped stretches, making it perfect for a day of relaxation with all the comforts. During winter, Mattinatella is wild, while in summer it offers full services. It is also a starting point for boat tours, with options to rent kayaks or pedal boats to explore deserted coves and wild nature. Accessible and equipped with parking, it also has facilities for people with disabilities.
