Built on two floors (ground floor and first floor) and furnished in a modern and essential style, Villa Clementina can accommodate up to 10 guests and is equipped with 5 double bedrooms with private bathrooms.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a very special horseshoe shaped sofa and dining table, close to the kitchen, which is equipped with all comforts: fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker; an additional service bathroom completes the floor.

On the first floor there are all the bedrooms, each with a complete bathroom en suite, all with air conditioning, double beds and varying in colour and size (all between 18 and 22 m²).

The strong point of the villa is its exterior (which can also be used for private events): the swimming pool and the well-kept garden around it are ideal for relaxing with friends or family.
Another advantage is the private access to the beach of La Perla di Capitolo, which saves guests from having to drive to the sea.

For those wishing to explore the surrounding area, Monopoli is 7 km away and Savelletri is about 6 km away. The Savelletri Golf Club is also a short drive away.

A 24-hour maid service is available and cleaning twice a week is included in the price.
