Surrounded by typical Mediterranean nature, the Riva Marina Resort is located in Specchiolla (Carovigno), a small village on the Adriatic coast of Puglia, known for its sandy beaches and crystal-clear water.
From here it is easy to reach many points of interest in the Valle d'Itria and in the Salento region, such as the white city of Ostuni, the iconic Alberobello, the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve and Marine Protected Area, Carovigno, Lecce and Brindisi. The nearest airports to Riva Marina are Brindisi airport 18 km away and Bari airport 95 km away.

Set in a landscape of olive, almond and carob trees typical of the Apulian countryside, the Riva Marina Resort covers 18 hectares and offers all-inclusive holidays perfect for families.
The hotel is just 900 metres from the beach (reachable by shuttle bus) and has two swimming pools, a wellness centre and sports fields.

There are 443 rooms at the Riva Marina Resort, all equipped with air conditioning, LCD TV, minibar, telephone, safe, balcony or furnished veranda, bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
There are rooms that can sleep up to 6 people with a one-room unit or with a living room and separate bedroom. Rooms on the ground floor are also available with two bathrooms and suitable for guests with disabilities.

The SPA Wellness Centre within the resort is the perfect place to relax and regenerate. Covering an area of 700 m², it offers a wide range of massages and treatments and is equipped with five massage cabins, a cabin for beauty treatments, a hairdressing salon, a fitness room with treadmills, cyclettes and weights, and a relaxation area with herbal tea corner.
In the water area, there is also a heated pool with oxygen whirlpool, water jets and cervical waterfall, Kneipp path, vascular path, experience showers, sauna, steam bath, Scottish shower.

Just 500 metres from the resort is the first public beach, while just 900 metres away is the sandy beach equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds that can be booked for the morning or the afternoon directly on site and subject to availability. Umbrellas and sunbeds are also positioned on the large grass carpet near the beach bar. The equipped beach is connected to the resort by two small trains offering a continuous shuttle service.
Guests with disabilities can use the shuttle service to reach the beach area with a walkway to the foreshore and request a job chair (also available at the pool).

The village has a central restaurant with four rooms and a buffet serving Italian and international cuisine, and two other restaurants available by reservation: the Pugliese, open for dinner only, and the Beach Restaurant on the beach, open for lunch.
From 28/05 to 16/09, the hotel offers all-inclusive holidays including: welcome drinks, full board with buffet and themed evenings, cafeteria, selection of national soft and alcoholic drinks, snacks and aperitifs. Drinks at meals are only included for theme evenings. All Inclusive does not include: water and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks served in bottles or cans, ice cream and other packaged products.
Until 27/05 and from 17/09, stays include full board or half board buffet with water and wine included. During low season, the management may replace the buffet service with table service with a 3-course menu and the Pugliese and Beach Bar may not be operational. For guests with celiac disease or gluten intolerance, it is useful to know that the resort is approved by the Italian Celiac Association and basic products such as bread, pasta and biscuits and desserts are available at dinner.

The hotel has family rooms that can accommodate up to 6 people and offers entertainment with mini club and junior club at set times and has a large playground of over 2000 m² where children from 3 years can have fun and make new friends.
The Riva Marina Resort has been awarded the region's 'Puglia loves family' quality seal because it offers its guests free services designed for a comfortable holiday with small children. Upon request at check-in, you can have: changing table, bottle warmer, toilet seat reducer, hygienic basket for nappies, high chair and baby bath tub.
Also available for parents of small children is a well-equipped baby feeding room with suitable fresh and packaged food.

Guests have free access during the day to the various sports fields: tennis, five-a-side football, volleyball, basketball, streetball and bocce courts (night use is subject to a charge). Also available are table tennis tables, a fitness room adjacent to the wellness centre and, in the pine forest, archery and a gymnastics course.
For lovers of water sports, there is a sailing centre on the beach with wind-surfing, laser pico and catamaran.
