Villa Oria

Villa Oria is a luxury villa for rent located in the upper Salento region, just a few kilometres from the town of Oria. 

The prestigious residence, which can accommodate up to 20 people (including six children up to 12 years old) in 7 en-suite bedrooms, has a large garden, an infinity pool, spacious suites and a private heliport. A SPA and a range of wellness services are also available to guests.

After passing through the garden gate, with electric opening, a neat avenue will lead you to the entrance of the villa, where you will find a large car park with several covered parking spaces.

The main entrance leads to the large hallway, on the right the stairs lead to the suites of the sleeping area, on the left to the large living room of 150 sqm. Connected to the living room is the first indoor kitchen and the full kitchen serving the garden.

The large living room on the ground floor, majestically furnished, is divided into a dining area with a large convivial table, a relaxation area with sofas and armchairs around the fireplace and a lounge-bar area. 

Here, large windows allow you to admire the outdoor space with its gardens, pine forest and swimming pool. In a constant dialogue between indoors and outdoors, the lounge opens onto the veranda in front, furnished with an iron table and chairs, sofas, armchairs and small tables, where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation.

On the floor below are the billiard room, the Rustic Lounge, the SPA with sauna, Turkish bath, massage rooms, whirlpool baths, TechnoGym and Beauty&Hair room. 

The sleeping area of Villa Oria is divided into three floors: starting from the top floor we find Suite n.1, reached by an important wooden staircase; descending to the first floor, we find Suite n.2, Room n.3 and Junior Suites n.4 and n.5; on the ground floor we find Suite n.6 and Suite n.7.

Elegantly furnished and embellished with precious elements, all the rooms are equipped with a king-size bed, air conditioning and heating, Bluetooth speaker, LED TV, safe, minibar and USB socket on the bedside tables. The suites and junior suites have large furnished outdoor areas. Suite n.2 and n.7 are embellished with a Jacuzzi.

Villa Oria is completely fenced off and has an external video surveillance system.

The nearby town of Oria can be reached by a convenient provincial road. The villa is 30 km from Ostuni, 55 km from Alberobello, 60 km from Gallipoli, 55 km from Lecce and 8 km from Manduria (the city of Primitivo wine). Just 18 km away are the crystal-clear beaches of Campomarino di Maruggio and 30 km Porto Cesareo on the Ionian coast.
The property is 30 km from Brindisi airport and 120 km from Bari airport. The nearest railway station is Brindisi.
